I started Rizzo Technology Solutions because most small businesses end up choosing between two bad options: an overpriced agency that treats them like a line item, or a freelancer who disappears once the invoice clears.
One person, both disciplines.
I wanted to build something else — a single person you can actually call, who understands both the code behind your website and the network humming in your back office. Most businesses end up with a web developer who doesn't touch hardware and an IT contractor who won't touch code. I do both, so nothing falls into the gap between two vendors pointing fingers at each other.
