A real website for a monthly price.

Most small businesses don't have $2,000 sitting around for a website, and a site that never gets updated goes stale fast. A monthly plan spreads the cost out and keeps someone responsible for the site after launch: hosting, security, fixes, and the small edits that come up. If you'd rather pay once and own it, the one-time build is always available.

The setup fee doesn't cover the full cost of designing and building your site. The first year of the plan does. After 12 months the plan goes month-to-month, and you can cancel any time with 30 days' notice.

You're never trapped. Your domain is registered in your name from day one, so it's always yours. After the 12-month minimum you can cancel and walk away, or pay a one-time $500 buyout to take the full site with you to any host you like.

Small updates like new hours, prices, menu items, photos, a holiday notice, or a staff change. New pages, redesigns, and new features are billed separately at the Tech Help rate, and I'll always tell you before starting anything that isn't covered.

Yes, but it's a short one-page agreement covering what's included, the term, and payment, not a 20-page legal document. The standard warranty, confidentiality, and legal terms live on the Standard Terms of Service page, which you don't sign separately.

Domain registration (usually about $15–20 a year, paid directly by you) and any paid third-party tools you choose, like a booking or ordering service. You'll know about any of these before they're purchased.
